Bookings and payments

For a few nights, choose your dates in the booking engine on this site and book online. Your booking is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email.

Online bookings are made at least 1 day in advance. Minimum stay: 3 nights on weekdays and 4 if your stay includes a Friday or Saturday night (for example, Wednesday to Sunday). These rules are applied by the booking engine.

For stays of a month or longer, groups or dates with no availability, send a request through the form on this site. An advisor will contact you and confirm availability and rates in writing.

• Payment: 30% to confirm the booking and the balance no later than one day before you arrive.
• Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards, bank transfer and online payment platforms.
• Invoices (Mexican CFDI): available on request. Ask on WhatsApp at +52 984 208 4362.

Cancellation and date changes

Direct bookings (on this site, on WhatsApp or by phone) are non-refundable: if you cancel, the amount paid is not returned.

Free date changes up to 30 days before arrival, subject to availability. If the new dates have a higher rate, you pay the difference.

Stays of a month or longer are governed by the terms agreed in writing.

Check-in and check-out

The person checking in must show a valid government-issued ID.

• Check-in: from 3 pm.
• Check-out: by 12 pm.
• Access with a key lockbox, or someone from our team meets you. Message us on WhatsApp with your arrival time and we’ll send you the instructions.
• Early check-in and late check-out: subject to availability. Request them in advance on WhatsApp.
• Minimum age to check in: 18.

Security deposit

At check-in, a refundable security deposit is required to cover possible damage: we ask for your passport and a cash deposit of USD 200, EUR 200 or MXN $4,000, in the currency you prefer. It is returned when you check out.

Guests

Only the guests registered in the booking may stay in the unit.

• Maximum number of guests at Villa Corax: 6. Villa Quetzal is rented monthly, unfurnished, under a lease.
• Extra guests: for an additional fee, with limited space. Ask before you book.
• Children aged 1 to 11 stay free.
• No cribs or extra beds are available.

Cleaning and amenities

• Courtesy cleaning every 3 nights: the villa is cleaned, without changing sheets or pillowcases.
• Towels: leave them on the floor and we’ll put out fresh ones.
• For any other change of sheets or towels, ask on WhatsApp: there’s an extra fee.
• Each villa’s amenities are listed on its page.

Pets

Pets are welcome on request: let us know before you book. There’s a special cleaning fee of about MXN $2,000, charged at the end of your stay; we confirm the amount when you book. Assistance animals with original papers are exempt.

• Up to 15 kg.
• Calm, free of fleas and ticks, dewormed and with up-to-date vaccinations.
• They may not get on beds or sofas, or be left alone in the villa for long periods.
• Bring their things: bowls, food, bed and leash.
• The fee does not cover damage: any damage is charged separately, based on its value.

House rules

• Quiet hours: midnight to 8 am. During those hours, please keep the volume down inside the villa and in outdoor areas.
• Smoking: only on the terraces and outdoor areas. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
• Visitors: welcome, but they must register with a government-issued ID. Let us know through the same channel you booked with.
• Parties and events are not allowed without prior written approval.
• Damage to the unit or its contents is charged separately, based on its value.
• When you leave, return the keys or access devices as you received them.

Stays of a month or longer

Temporary stays (1 to 6 months) and long-term stays (7 to 12 months) are by quote, on WhatsApp or through the form; each request is reviewed individually.
