Which airport to fly into

Tulum International Airport is about 25 km from the villas, the closest option. Cancún airport is about 118 km away and usually has more flights and schedules.

If you can choose, weigh the airfare against the transfer: the drive from Tulum airport is much shorter.

How to get here

• Taxi or private transfer from the airport: door to door. We’ll send you the exact location on WhatsApp so you don’t get lost.
• Rental car: both airports have rental agencies. From Cancún you drive south on Federal Highway 307; the villas are about 2.8 km off the highway. There’s parking at the villa.
• ADO bus: runs from both airports to the Tulum bus station. From there, a short taxi ride to the villa. Schedules and fares change, so check ado.com.mx.

Arriving at the villa

• Check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out at 12:00 p.m. Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability: ask us on WhatsApp.
• You get in with a key lockbox, or a team member welcomes you. Tell us your arrival time and we’ll send directions.
• Our Google Maps listing is the address: it takes you straight there.

Once you’re in Tulum

The beach is about 2 km away and downtown Tulum 3.5 km, by bike, car or taxi. When you arrive, we’ll share our favorite spots.
